We will give an introduction and an overview of what Lean Six Sigma is and also a problem solving method called DMAIC. We will go through the basics, giving examples and showing case studies.

Time: One day 08:30 – 17:00 Lunch 12:00-13:00
Minimum 4 and maximum 15 participants.
There will be a blend of theory, practical exercises and case studies during the day

ANALYZE: What does the data tell you? Mean, Variation, Graphs, Root Causes
IMPROVE: Change Management, Prioritize solutions, Pilot, Design Of Experiments
Control: Poka Yoke, Control Plan, Control Chart
THINK DMAIC: Asking the right questions!
• Completion and delivery of training diplomas

Fee and Training material – Two days Fact based improvements

Fee: 4 800 SEK. All prices are excluding VAT. The fee includes training, course material (PDF file), refreshments and lunch. Travel and accommodations are not included.
Laptop should be brought. We will use Minitab software during training. If you do not already have the software available please download Minitab 16 software Free Trial before training start.
